1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VaultPickle ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
VaultPickle is a gaming skin portfolio tracking and analytics platform. We provide tools to monitor, analyze, and manage virtual item inventories across supported games. We do not facilitate the buying, selling, or trading of virtual items directly.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Steam, Riot Games, Epic Games). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party's terms of service. VaultPickle is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation, Riot Games, Epic Games, or any game publisher unless explicitly stated.
6. Pricing Data & Accuracy
Market prices, valuations, and analytics displayed on the Service are estimates based on publicly available data and third-party APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any pricing information. Prices should not be relied upon as the sole basis for buying or selling decisions.
7. Subscription & Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. VaultPickle reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission; (e) resell or redistribute Service data without authorization; (f) impersonate any person or entity.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by VaultPickle and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Game images, names, and assets belong to their respective publishers and are used under fair use for informational purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
VaultPickle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data prior to account deletion.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
